You were so wonderful in talking about my Mom’s life and what was really important to her. Your words meant a lot to me and I was very happy to have you weave what I told you into a great story. You are right, it was like you knew her! You made a difficult time better. You made me and others think, smile, laugh, cry. So many people came up to me to tell me how great the service was … funny, poignant, sweet and totally my mom – so you got her!

You are a very special person to have done this, on such short notice and so well. A consummate professional.
